Giving yourself the time
January 15, 2016
When are seeking to become an entrepreneur it’s easy to call into the trap of the hurry of building something up.
Believe me, I understand. It’s been a year of trial and error now. I’ve always come up with new ideas and side projects that I had foreseen to be a success.
No, this is not the point where I say I finally did it.
Actually, I’m just getting started. A thought that helped me these last months.
When we think about all the successful startups out there, we think they had this one brilliant idea, they built the thing and succeded.
Nobody talks about all the time spent getting to the idea on the first place.
They ignore the fact that these people spent years searching for the right idea.
And – think about it – most of them actually started solving a problem they had in their life.
I say, ideas can’t be thought out of thin air. Ideas need time and most of all problem to solve. So stop having ideas, give yourself the time to work on your problems – scratch your own itches. I promise you’ll build a real product that solves a real problem.
